TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/19/14 -- China Wind Power International Corp. ("China Wind Power" or the "Company") announced today the resignation of Wendell Zhang as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective July 30, 2014. The Company is looking for his replacement.
