New Research from Best Computer Science Degrees Compares Pricey vs. Cheap Degrees

The launch of a new web article by Best Computer Science Degrees compares 15 affordable computer science degrees versus 15 cost-no-object ones for the ultimate shoot-out

PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- A new web article by Best Computer Science Degrees explodes the myth that high-cost universities offer the best returns on investment. "Ultimate Computer Science Degree Shootout: Top 15 Affordable vs. Top 15 Cost-no-object Programs" makes a good case for low-cost, high-quality degree programs. The piece was published as an adjunct to Best Computer Science Degrees' website, which is a free research portal for college-bound users.

The new article compares data from two lists; the first is made up of 15 high-quality, affordable schools and the other contains the 15 best computer science degree programs regardless of cost. Five data points were used for the rankings: Acceptance Rate, Graduation Rate, Recognition, Tuition Cost, and Return on Investment. The two 15-school lists were then sorted in order of expected 30-year ROI.
