TITIN Tech Kickstarter Campaign Kicked Off and Finished Strong

ATLANTA, Aug. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- TITIN Tech Kickstarter campaign has reached its goal with a bang, after completing their $100,000 goal in 30 days.

On May 12, 2014, TITIN Tech CEO and creator Patrick Whaley started a Kickstarter campaign online to fund a new product—the TITIN Force Shorts System. The shorts are a brand new creation of TITIN Tech, giving users added weight to their legs to increase muscle growth in training. The shorts continue to use the same gel technology as the TITIN Tech Compression Shorts. Due to its new, dynamic loading, the shorts help to increase calorie burn, lengthen vertical leap and push endurance and speed. "However, the weight is evenly distributed throughout the body, specifically focusing on hamstrings, glutes and thighs, and allows the user a full range of motion," Patrick Whaley said.

The campaign's goal is to start mass producing these shorts, not only for professional athletes, but for the public as well.

Backers who donated to the project continue to receive perks and prizes, which include the Kickstarter Compression Shorts for those that currently donate $129. With a pledge of $344, backers can receive the entire TITIN Force System, which include the Compression T-shirt, Shorts and a Lifestyle Tri-blend Shirt.

The public seems to enjoy TITIN Tech products and want more, as TITIN Tech was able to complete their goals of funding with $117,315 from 579 backers on the final day of their campaign . The TITIN Tech Kickstarter Campaign was able to reach their goals on June 11th.

Thanks to the previous popularity of the TITIN Tech Compression Shirts, Patrick Whaley has received many awards and recognitions for his products, which have helped the current Kickstarter Campaign validity. TITIN Tech received the Rice Business Plan Competitions' Most Fundable and Most Bankable awards in 2011. TITIN Tech products have also been featured on CNN, ESPN, and USA Today.

A recent, joint study by Under Armor showed that wearing TITIN Tech Compression gear increased lactate intake by 25 percent, endurance by 11 percent and vertical leap by 13 percent.

Whaley hopes that with continued support from its customers, TITIN Tech can continue to help patrons reach their potential with creativity and innovation.

TITIN Tech was first established in 2010. TITIN Tech creates weighted, fitness products designed to enhance and improve any athletes experience in pursuing fitness. TITIN Tech uses patented, gel-weighted compression units to work naturally with major muscles and evenly create a perfect workout.
