Lake Tahoe offers a pyrotechnic display that explodes after dusk on August 31. The fireworks show is also broadcast simultaneously on the two local music stations KOWL-AM 1490 and KRLT-FM 93.9. The fireworks display starts at 8:30 pm. The show offers a stunning display and is visible from all over Lake Tahoe. There are several ideal areas to grab a front row seat.

5. Cruise The Lake on the M.S. Dixie
