Ascom Network Testing (www.ascom.com/nt) announced today that it has launched a new tool to help operators manage their customers’ experience. TEMS™ MobileInsight employs the crowdsourcing method of data collection, enabling operators to gain insight into the subscriber experience without the need for extensive drive testing.
TEMS™ MobileInsight can deliver detailed geo-located statistics and failure information directly from subscribers' handsets wherever they go, allowing an operator to monitor the real-world customer experience. TEMS™ MobileInsight collects aggregated data which can be easily used for real-time VIP monitoring, corporate QoS assurance, dropped call and congestion hotspot identification, and general network optimization.
