  • Soutar's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
  • Soutar's Toyota
  • Soutar's Nissan

The sale of NAPA Auto Parts in Barstow, CA, was also included in the transaction.

"We are confident that with Mr. Jomehri's extensive background in the automotive industry, he will continue the legacy and success of the Soutar family."

The Soutar's line of dealerships featured a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including Toyota, Ford, Ram, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Nissan. With the successful transition of Soutar holdings to Jomehri, the dealerships' names have been changed to Mojave Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Toyota, Nissan and Ford.

The Soutar family was represented by Performance Brokerage Services out of Irvine, California, a company who specializes in intermediary services to buyers and sellers of auto and motorcycle dealerships.
