Dameron as Chief Executive Officer. Edwin Giles will continue as President in an operating and sales capacity. Until recently, Mr. Dameron was President and CEO of OTG Financial Inc. (previously known as Ontario Teachers' Group Inc.), a teacher based mutual fund company whose revenues and client base doubled in less than 4 years under his direction. Mr. Dameron has also been Vice President, Financial Services at CE Network Inc. (as part of executive start-up team that created Canada's first on-line continuing education portals for financial and real estate professionals), Regional Vice President, Ontario, of Investors Group Financial Services and Director of Corporate Training & Education at The Toronto Stock Exchange (now known at the TSX Group).
