We've looked at slow PostgreSQL queries causing problems and have not been able to find an issue. resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer for personal reasons.
Mr. Harol Koyama has been appointed as IdaTech's new President and Chief
Executive Officer.
Mr. Duss has served as President and CEO since May, 2001. "My time with
IdaTech has been rewarding. I have enjoyed working with one of the
industry's leading fuel cell companies and continue to be a strong
supporter of IdaTech and wish it great success," said Mr. Duss. Mr. Duss
had moved to California near the end of 2006, having commuted between
Northern California and Bend, Oregon since then and cited personal and
lifestyle reasons for his decision. He will provide transition support to
the Company until the end of 2007.

Mr. Koyama has been with IdaTech since 2003, serving as Senior Vice
President of Sales & Marketing and most recently also responsible Product
Engineering and R&D. Mr. Koyama has had more than ten years of diversified
international business experience in onsite generation applications within
the Combined Heat and Power, Oil and Gas, Waste Fuel and other power
generation markets. Prior to IdaTech, Mr. Koyama was Senior Vice President
of Sales and Marketing at Capstone Turbine Corporation (Capstone), a
leading micro-turbine producer. Before Capstone, Mr. Koyama was Vice
President of Business Development for fuel cell company International Fuel
Cells, a United Technologies Corporation (UTC) business. Prior to moving
to International Fuel Cells, Mr. Koyama spent three years at the UTC
corporate headquarters, focused on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Koyama
also has over five years experience as a management consultant with the
international consulting firm, McKinsey & Company, focusing on energy and
operations issues. Mr. Koyama holds a degree in Physics/Mathematics from
the University of Oregon, a Masters Equivalent in Nuclear Engineering from
United States Navy, where he served as Nuclear Submarine Officer, and a
Masters in Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate
School of Business.
