antitrust practice, LINDA P. NUSSBAUM has joined KAPLAN FOX & KILSHEIMER
LLP as a partner in its New York office. In addition, Susan R. Schwaiger
has joined the firm as counsel. Both attorneys were formerly with the New
York office of Cohen Milstein Hausfeld & Toll, P.L.L.C.
Ms. Nussbaum had been the resident partner at Cohen Milstein's New York
office from its inception in 2001 until joining Kaplan Fox. Ms. Nussbaum
practices antitrust law, with a specialty in pharmaceutical antitrust
litigation.
In the past 5 years alone, Ms. Nussbaum has served as lead counsel in
antitrust litigations that have yielded hundreds of millions of dollars in
recovery for her clients and the classes she represents, including, In re
Microcrystalline Cellulose Antitrust Litigation; In re Relafen Antitrust

Taxation from the New York University School of Law in 1984.
Susan Schwaiger has been counsel in Cohen Milstein's New York office since
2001, where she has worked extensively on complex antitrust litigation.
Ms. Schwaiger received her undergraduate degree from the University of
Tennessee, a Master's Degree from the University of Kentucky, and her law
degree from Brooklyn Law School, where she graduated with honors.
