Improving the Efficiency of SOA-Based Applications
jhv1blz5 wrote: The article validated SOA as an IT architecture paradigm that can be leveraged in many ways. Taking data storage, scalability and application performance to a nifty level using SOA Application Grid infrastructure will no doubt enhance data and application performance on Oracle architecture platforms, it also has the promise of a cost effective and efficient IT delivery model. The very benefits of SOA.

Intelius Selected by Bond International Software as Exclusive Screening Provider
Integrated Software Solution Will Save Staffing Firms Time and Money

BELLEVUE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/13/07 -- Intelius, Inc., a company that empowers businesses and consumers with online information for intelligent decisions, and Bond International Software, a company that specializes in developing software for the staffing industry, today announced a mutually-exclusive integration partnership. This partnership will provide more cost effective, efficient employment screening services to the staffing industry. Bond selected Intelius as its integrated screening services partner after assessing the employment screening industry and identifying the company as a best of breed provider.

Streamlined staffing industry solutions are increasing in demand as staffing companies compete to maximize cost-efficiency, eliminate redundancy across functions and speed the increasingly necessary screening processes. The rising cost of negligent hiring lawsuits and an increased concern for workplace safety further drive the need for integrated staffing and screening software solutions. One market research firm reports 45 percent of potential employees have a questionable background, while U.S. companies lose approximately $20 billion on fraud committed by employees.

With the seamless integration of Intelius' employment screening service and Bond's Adapt Staffing software, users will be able to launch a p re-populated employment screening form at the click of a button and retrieve real-time report status through Bond's interface. This new feature to Bond's software system will reduce the need for duplicate data entry and expenditure on outside employment screening solutions. Staffing agencies will be able to select from pre-defined screening packages, or work with Intelius to define their own.

"With the addition of this premier employment screening capability from Intelius, seamlessly integrated and backed by a single customer service and support infrastructure, Bond Adapt has eliminated a significant pain point for staffing agencies," said David Read, president, Bond International Software Inc. "Staffing companies now have a simple, flexible system that enhances staffing agents' productivity while managing the placement cycle from start to finish."

"For four years, Intelius has been innovating ways to help enterprise customers make informed decisions about their businesses," said Edward Petersen, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Intelius. "In the fast-paced staffing industry, good decisions must be made quickly. Our accurate employment screening results, accessed directly through the Bond Adapt interface, will give staffing companies instant access to the information they need, when they need it. We are introducing new tools and services to help the staffing industry quickly, effectively and efficiently manage the recruitment process."

Bond and Intelius expect these systems to be integrated and available to staffing firms in the second quarter of 2007. Agencies interested in leveraging this platform are encouraged to contact Bond or Intelius directly to schedule a demo and free trial.
