The new agreement covers significantly expanded use by Car Toys and its subsidiaries, including financial analysis, inventory management and reporting, automated inventory ordering, sales analysis and reporting, point-of-sale access by sales staff and executive reporting and KPIs. The agreement also accommodates dramatically increased usage across the organization, which has resulted in doubled data volume and daily access by more than 1,000 employees.

Through its 50 company-owned retail stores, Car Toys markets and sells a wide variety of mobile entertainment devices and services -- from satellite radio and GPS to advanced car stereo and video systems. Through a subsidiary, Car Toys also operates more than 350 "store-within-a-store" wireless services kiosks within major retail locations.
