The TLS feature allows for the effective and secure communication of draw inspection results and subsequent email notes through client e-mail exchanges.

TLS is similar in its encryption methodology to Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a protocol for transmitting private documents over the Internet and commonly used by the lending/banking industry for Web site encryption transmission.

TLS ensures 128-bit encryption privacy between communication applications via e-mail. Lenders can take advantage of TLS to secure electronic correspondence with very little investment and, best of all, no change (with no passwords to remember) to their current e-mail communication process. While implementation of TLS requires testing -- typically on a lender's development and staging e-mail servers -- the overall timeframe to implement TLS is usually less than four hours. TLS is functional with almost all current e-mail systems, such as Outlook, Lotus Notes or Group Wise.
