EagleRider Corporate Purchases Las Vegas Franchise

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/11/07 -- EagleRider, the world's largest motorcycle rental and tourism company, has just announced its purchase of the successful EagleRider Las Vegas franchise from retiring owner, Chet Diercks. EagleRider Corporate has finalized an agreement with Diercks to acquire the Las Vegas/Clark County territory.

Chet is looking to purchase 40 acres of land in Washington, where he will live with his wife Merlene and their children. Chet is considering ownership of a slower paced franchise in the near future. "My investment in an EagleRider franchise has been a very successful endeavour. I have enjoyed my experience with EagleRider and the opportunity to live the 'American Dream.' I hope to continue my relationship with the EagleRider family in the future."

Angie Diercks will remain as the Station Manager of the Las Vegas outlet and Barry Breckon, former Vice President of Fleet for EagleRider, has agreed to relocate to Las Vegas in order to take on the role of Operations Manager and Vice President of Business Development for the new territory. Mr. Breckon plans to spearhead the growth of the EagleRider brand through the new location.

EagleRider CEO Chris McIntyre said, "We are exited at the opportunity to develop our company through the Las Vegas franchise and expansion of the rental product offerings. We wish the Diercks family continued success and hope to work with them again."
