PHOENIX, May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- American Barcode and RFID Inc. (AB&R) announced today that Dino Farfante has joined the Company as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Farfante was formerly President of Insight Direct Worldwide and has been a Business Partner and Member of the Board of Directors of AB&R since May of 2006.

During his 9 years at Insight, Mr. Farfante grew sales from $400 million to over $3 Billion. Immediately prior to joining Insight, Dino spent 10 years at Merisel, a computer hardware and software technology distributor, based in El Segundo, CA where he held progressively-responsible sales and operational positions including serving as Vice President of Sales and Operations. Dino is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Computer Engineering.
