The ten-year agreement covers Insignia's usage of GM's accessory product data and GM trademarks in Insignia's OE accessory e-catalogs, which are currently subscribed to by most GM Authorized Accessories Distributors/Installers (ADIs) and 800+ GM Dealers nationwide.
While the agreement in no way constitutes GM's endorsement of Insignia products, it does reflect the current industry-wide emphasis on Accessory Sales and Fixed Operations profits. This licensing agreement enables Insignia to receive accessory product data directly from GM and use all GM logos, images, trade references, trademarks, etc., in support of GM ADI and Dealership OE Accessory Catalogs.

Insignia software applies individual dealer business rules to accessory pricing, ensuring consistent pricing through all departments of the dealership.
