Improving the Efficiency of SOA-Based Applications
jhv1blz5 wrote: The article validated SOA as an IT architecture paradigm that can be leveraged in many ways. Taking data storage, scalability and application performance to a nifty level using SOA Application Grid infrastructure will no doubt enhance data and application performance on Oracle architecture platforms, it also has the promise of a cost effective and efficient IT delivery model. The very benefits of SOA.

LONG BEACH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/31/07 -- Laserfiche announced today that eCopy, Inc. has presented a Partner Excellence Award to Software Connections, LLC, one of Laserfiche's well respected and successful Professional Developer Partnership™ (PDP) program members. The presentation took place on May 15 at this year's Paper Connection Forum held at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa in Miami, FL.

Software Connections, LLC, located in Baton Rouge, LA, received the award for selling the largest number of eCopy Connectors in North America for their connector to Laserfiche (LFConnector). According to their Vice President, John McLain, "We are pleased to receive this honor as we continually strive to produce cutting edge solutions in today's competitive marketplace."

Using the LFConnector, paper documents can be scanned directly to a Laserfiche repository using an eCopy-enabled multifunction peripheral (MFP) or scanner. The LFConnector acts as an interface between the user's MFP or scanner and Laserfiche's document management system. Once eCopy ShareScan® is installed on the device, the user can add the LFConnector to enable document imaging directly into a Laserfiche database.
