(Solutrea), the main subsidiary of Powerstar International Inc.,(TSX VENTURE: PWS), the wireless and digital signage solutions provider, has entered into a Joint Venture Partnership with Fusion Communications to start the Hispanic News Network (HNN).

The Hispanic Population is the fastest growing demographic in the United States. The vastly under represented Hispanic market has few network news viewing alternatives and the launch of HNN will fill a rapidly growing need for quality Spanish -language news programming. HNN is being produced in cooperation with a major Mexican Television station and will be distributed via their local US affiliates as well as via major cable providers.

Under the terms of the agreement Solutrea will immediately invest $100,000 and up to another $900,000, on a schedule to be a agreed to by both parties, for a total investment of $1,000,000 for 40% ownership of the Joint Venture. Fusion has invested over $2,000,000 to develop the project and has reached tentative agreement with the largest cable provider in the country to include HNN in it's cable television packages. HNN is anticipated to be cash flow positive within 60 days of broadcasting and has an anticipated first year revenue of over $2.7 Million dollars.

Hispanic News Network is a new 24 hour Spanish Language news network designed for broadcasters digital tier channels. The project is a joint venture between Fusion Communications, Independent News Network and Solutrea, Inc.

HNN will deliver news, sports, weather, entertainment and lifestyle content in a 24 hour format. Local broadcasters will also have the ability to cut in content for local news and other regional information.
