Improving the Efficiency of SOA-Based Applications
jhv1blz5 wrote: The article validated SOA as an IT architecture paradigm that can be leveraged in many ways. Taking data storage, scalability and application performance to a nifty level using SOA Application Grid infrastructure will no doubt enhance data and application performance on Oracle architecture platforms, it also has the promise of a cost effective and efficient IT delivery model. The very benefits of SOA.

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/21/07 -- The Burzynski Research Institute, Inc. (OTCBB: BZYR) and the Burzynski Clinic will celebrate "30 Years of Saving Lives" during an evening gala event on October 13, 2007 at Omni Westside Hotel in Houston. The event will highlight the cancer survivors who used Dr. Burzynski's innovative cancer treatment regimens and how that path led them to recovery.

You are invited to meet a group of exceptional people who have overcome the odds and many obstacles facing cancer head on and won their life back. You will hear their heartwarming and amazing stories and learn about the dedicated doctors who saved lives by utilizing innovative cancer treatments.

Many of the long-term survivors gathering for the reunion had aggressive brain tumors in the past, such as anaplastic astrocytoma, glioblastoma, visual pathway glioma, brainstem glioma, pineoblastoma and medulloblastoma. Some of these brain tumor victims were little children given a grim chance of survival of as little as 3 months. Today many of these children are thriving young teenagers and adults celebrating as many as 15 years of being cancer free.

Dr. Burzynski's patients suffered in the past from over 100 different types of cancers, including colon, breast, lung, prostate, pancreatic, and lymphoma to name a few. The 'oldest' cancer survivor has been cancer free for over 27 years!

Stanislaw Burzynski M.D., Ph.D., is an internationally recognized physician and researcher who pioneered the development and use of biologically active peptides, called Antineoplastons, in diagnosing, preventing and treating cancer. Over the last 30 years thousands of patients have received treatment at the Burzynski Clinic. Antineoplaston treatment is available within the FDA-supervised clinical trials, sponsored by the Burzynski Research Institute, Inc. The clinic offers also personalized gene targeted therapy.

The Patients' Reunion and Gala banquet is sponsored by Burzynski Clinic and Burzynski Research Institute, Inc., and will be hosted at the Omni Houston Westside Hotel (venue) located at 13210 Katy Freeway Houston, Texas 77079, on October 13, 2007, 6:00 PM (CDT).

The main event will begin with a cocktail and champagne reception at 6:00 PM. The Gala will be hosted by Mr. Steven Siegel, founder of the Burzynski Patient Group and husband of a former patient, and will entail an awards ceremony, patient testimonials, and appearances from distinguished guests such as Dr. Julian Whitaker, author of the 'Health & Healing' newsletter and founder of the American Preventive Medicine Association. Attendees will also enjoy entertainment and a plated dinner at 7:30 PM.

Admission to the gala dinner is free for Burzynski Clinic patients and their families. The Gala is open for general admission for a fee of $35 per guest. Admission is complimentary for media and government officials. For attendance confirmation and media relations contact Anna Berry by phone at 713-335-5696 or via e-mail at anna@burzynskiclinic.com.
