La compañía de software para eventos Aventri adquiere ITN International

La compañía líder en software de gestión de eventos Aventri anunció la adquisición de ITN International, líder en la industria de la tecnología móvil, en la nube, de comunicación de campo cercano (near field communication, NFC). Con la adquisición de ITN, Aventri ampliará su tecnología y ofertas de servicios, y expandirá su alcance global y los eventos que admite.

Con atención a 125 eventos, 10 000 exhibidores y 1,5 millones de asistentes al año, ITN brinda servicios a productos de eventos al combinar tecnología con servicios profesionales personalizados para optimizar los eventos. El grupo de productos incluye:

  • Sistema de inscripción en línea con gestión de orador, creador de agenda, programación de sesiones y más.
  • Los servicios en el sitio incluyen insignias de NFC, estaciones de registro, recuperación principal, aplicaciones, escaneo de identificación por radiofrecuencia (Radio Frecuency Identification, RFID) y más.
  • Herramientas de visualización de datos con informe avanzado y analítica sobre el registro, actividad de las insignias y escaneado.

Esta es la cuarta adquisición de Aventri en los últimos tres años, después de su reciente renovación de marca y la inversión mayoritaria por parte de la empresa de capital privado HGGC. ITN llevará la cantidad total de empleados de Aventri a más de 375 y sumará cinco nuevas oficinas globales.
