"Our motto is ‘customer thrill.’ This effort includes both our external customers and our Channel associates, who we consider internal customers. Our new building is equipped with technology, conveniences, and features intended to help Channel maintain its competitive advantage as one of the best places to work in Northeast Ohio," Hack commented. "We designed it around the needs of associates and customers."

"From ultra-modern and efficient manufacturing space to offices and training facilities engineered to enhance productivity," Hack continued, "we've built and occupied a new home…a place to support our continued growth and a base of operations from which we can continue to thrill our customers."

Located at 30700 Solon Industrial Parkway, the building features state-of-the-art training facilities, an innovation design center, a variety of conference rooms and huddle spaces, as well as an employee-morale center — complete with an exercise facility, game room, refreshment shop, and coffee bar.

"In addition to designing a space that maximizes productivity and facilitates the fundamentals of our work, we’ve taken great care to create a workspace people will appreciate," Hack added. "We’ve paid great attention to detail such as lighting, ambiance, and amenities in an effort to make our new work place as comfortable and inviting, as it is efficient and productive. This building will be the epicenter for the company's next great achievements."

Indeed, the company is thriving.

This month, Channel Products was honored with the prestigious Weatherhead 100 Award, recognizing the 100 fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio.

"We've grown exponentially in a number of the industries that we serve," Hack reported. "That sort of growth is not possible without a cohesive culture among a dedicated group of people — at every level of the company — committed to a shared set of values. We've achieved that at Channel Products, and our new workspace is part of a plan to sustain it. We're honored by the Weatherhead 100 recognition."

Also this year, Hack was recognized as an Ernst & Young (EY) Entrepreneur of the Year® Regional Finalist. According to a statement released by EY, "The awards program recognizes entrepreneurs who are excelling in areas such as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. These business leaders were selected by a panel of independent judges.”

In addition, Hack was honored as a recipient of a Corporate College Smart 50 Award, as presented by Smart Business magazine. This award recognizes the top executives of the 50 smartest companies in the region for their ability to build and lead successful organizations. She also received recognition from Crain’s Cleveland Business as a "Notable Woman in Manufacturing" and as a "C-Suite Award winner in the category of COO." These awards profile leaders in their workplaces and in the community as nominated by clients or colleagues.

"These honors are a reflection of the hard work and dedication Channel associates have put in to help our customers thrive. When our customers are successful, we all share in the results," Hack concluded. "I couldn’t be more proud of our team or grateful for the recognition."
