CHICAGO, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In marking the launch of a $25 million complete renovation of the Chicago City Centre Hotel & Sports Club, located at 300 East Ohio in Chicago, Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels will become the newest restaurant to open at this popular 495-room property in the heart of Chicago's Streeterville area.
Even though construction on the 1054 sq. ft. space has begun and a February 2008 opening is tentatively planned, Einstein's Bros. has already begun to serve a selection of its eclectic sandwiches made with high quality ingredients, crisp, fresh salads and Darn Good Coffee(R) to hotel guests and area patrons.
