Specifically, Mr. Friedman will be responsible for negotiating agreements with key strategic partners and suppliers. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Friedman will establish and manage the infrastructure necessary to support ISI's vast partner network, which includes such market-leading providers as Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint Nextel.
