Akorri announced its BalancePoint performance management software now supports Dell EqualLogic PS Series iSCSI Storage Area Networks (SANs). IT organizations can use Akorri's BalancePoint to plan, optimize and manage performance and resource utilization in data centers that are running Dell EqualLogic iSCSI SANs, which are increasingly popular in virtual data center environments. According to IDC, shipments of iSCSI-based storage solutions will increase 138 percent annually over the next five years.
