Derby have joined the firm's Institutional Brokerage. Mr. Jensen has been
hired as Managing Director and Co-Head of Sales Trading in Boston, and Mr.
Derby has joined the New York Sales Trading team as Senior Vice President.
Jon M. Jensen has more than 20 years of experience sales trading in
institutional equities, having spent the last six years in Bear Stearns'
Boston office as a Senior Managing Director. Prior to Bear Stearns, he held
senior trading positions at both Dresdner Wasserstein and NatWest Securities.
Michael Derby, a former Managing Director at Bear Stearns, has joined FBR
Capital Markets' New York Sales Trading team. Mr. Derby adds more than 14
years of experience, having also held positions in institutional sales and
trading at Merrill Lynch and Kadem Capital, LLC.
