- Assets under management were $17.0 billion as at June 30, 2008, compared to $17.8 billion as at June 30, 2007.

- Assets under administration were $7.4 billion as at June 30, 2008, compared to $5.7 billion as at June 30, 2007.

- Income from securities, net, in the second quarter of 2008 amounted to $4.1 million, compared to $5.7 million for the second quarter of 2007.

- Cash flow from operations for the quarter was $3.3 million, compared to $4.6 million in 2007.

The fair value of the Company's holdings of securities as at June 30, 2008 was $309.6 million or $7.91 per share, diluted.
