("Financial 15") declares its regular monthly distribution of $0.10 for each Class A share ($1.20 annually) and $0.04375 for each Preferred share ($0.525 annually). Distributions are payable September 10, 2008 to shareholders on record as of August 29, 2008.

Since inception Class A shareholders have received a total of $6.20 per share (including two special distributions totaling $0.50 per share) and Preferred shareholders have received a total of $2.52 per share inclusive of this distribution, for a combined total of $8.72.
