SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ - Fuel Games, a leading developer of online interactive experiences, today announced support for Mobile Internet Devices (MIDs) based on Intel(R) Atom(TM) processor Z5XX series and Moblin-based OS (www.moblin.org).

As a pioneer of rich, browser-based 3D gaming, Fuel offers a solution for brand advertisers to acquire and maintain customers in new innovative fun ways:

    - Games that drive Web traffic
    - Product walk-thrus for try before you buy interaction
    - Customer loyalty programs (contest, challenge, and leaderboard)

Fuel's support for MIDs and Moblin, enables any brand to reach mobile audiences with rich online interactive marketing.

"Today's mobile devices represent a highly fragmented space, creating enormous ROI challenges for companies such as Fuel. The Mobile Internet Device category opens up an entirely new set of possibilities to enable applications and games for the mobile user," said Warren Tomlin, Fuel's President and Chief Creative Officer. "With MIDs, we believe that Fuel can dramatically reduce our costs of taking Web applications to mobile environments. In addition, by using Web standards like Adobe(R) Flash and Browser-based delivery, we can scale the applications to meet the high traffic demands of consumer deployments."

"Mobile Internet Devices provide an exciting platform opportunity for companies to extend Internet-based online games to the mobile user," said Pankaj Kedia, director of Global Ecosystem Programs in Intel Corporation's Ultra Mobility Group. "We welcome Fuel Games to the MID ecosystem and look forward to working with them to enable compelling branded gaming experiences on Intel Atom processor-based MIDs."

Fuel will showcase the AdverGaming solution in the MID Ecosystem Community at the Intel Developer's Forum.
