game play-by-plays and commentary. During this program, the disc
jockey will also announce the SouthernLINC Wireless Student Athlete of
the Week, a football player who performs well on the field and in the
classroom. The award winner will be presented with a $50 savings bond

Dothan, Ala.: On Tuesdays from 6 until 7 p.m., gridiron

one million boys playing 11-player football and another 26,000 involved
in six-, eight- and nine-player football, according to the 2006-07
National Federation of State High School Athletics Participation Survey.
