TEMPE, Ariz., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Waltz Construction has promoted
Jace Hailer to Director of Preconstruction Services. Hailer graduated from ASU
with a Masters degree in Construction Management and has been working with
Waltz Construction as a Sr. Project Manager for more than a year. Prior to
joining Waltz, Hailer served as a Project Manager for W.E. O'Neal Construction
Company and Turner Construction. As the Director of Preconstruction Services,
Hailer will oversee all activates for Waltz involving planning, estimating,
value engineering, scheduling, procurement analysis, MBE/WBE/SBE program
development and document control procedures.
In addition, Waltz has hired Miguel Rodriguez as a Project Engineer and
BIM Services Coordinator. Rodriguez comes to Waltz Construction as a seasoned
project engineer from W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. of AZ where he was a key
team member on several significant projects including the Bass Pro Team Shop
in Mesa, AZ. In his new role with Waltz, Rodriguez will be responsible for
project engineering at the Moon Valley Country Club Renovation project. As
BIM Services Coordinator, Rodriguez will bring his experience as Arizona State
University's BIM Team Leader where he recently received 1st place at the
Associated Schools of Construction Reno Competition, National BIM Problem
2008.
