attorney C. Willis Ritter, Esq. has become a partner in the firm's growing
Chicago office, and Co-Chair of its nationwide public finance practice. Mr.
Ritter has charted a noteworthy career in the legal profession that spans more
than four decades. He is renowned as an expert in the financial and federal
tax aspects of municipal finance and markedly enhances GSH's already
considerable knowledge base and expertise in that specialty.
