Symbio Technologies Bringing Stateless Thin Clients with Fiber Optics to Saudi Arabia
Leader in Stateless Computing Seeks Resellers for Secure Desktop and Boot Appliances

Symbio Technologies (www.symbio-technologies.com), an award-winning leader in “green” stateless computing, has launched a search for expert resellers to represent its line of stateless thin clients with fiber options and its boot appliances in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

‘Only Symbio Offers Fiber Options in Thin Clients’

“Only Symbio offers the option of fiber optics in our custom thin clients,” said Roger Del Russo, the company’s co-founder and COO.

”We know from our work in highly classified production environments that there is a growing need for data security at the highest levels of government and business,” Del Russo said. “Symbio is actively recruiting resellers and distributors to sell to public and private sector users who want our products.”

Symbio’s thin clients -- certified and accredited for use in U.S. Government classified networks -- contain no non-volatile memory, no operating systems, no applications, no file systems, no network addresses and no moving parts, do not require management, and use up to 95% less electricity than PCs.

To meet the needs of users in Saudi Arabia and beyond, Symbio’s custom stateless thin clients can include fiber optic for an ultra-secure environment.

Symbio’s entirely stateless hardware solution also includes the Symbiont Boot Appliance, which boots up to 250 desktop units at a time, directing them to the appropriate application server/servers, and the new Symbiont Boot Stick, a USB pen drive that boots any USB-bootable device.

“Symbio’s products are sold and used worldwide, and we are eager to meet the need for thin clients and stateless computing in Saudi Arabia and its neighbors,” said Del Russo, inviting interested VARs and distributors to visit Symbio’s Web site (www.symbio-technologies.com) or call +1(914) 576-1205 (GMT minus 5).
