NEW YORK, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- WorldNow, the leading Internet solutions provider for news publishers and broadcasters, and Digital Trends, the fastest growing consumer electronics news and reviews source online, announced today a new partnership: Digital Trends will be the primary provider of technology and consumer electronics - related video content for the Technology Channels that run on WorldNow's Local Media Network (LMN). LMN is a national network of 180 local news and information Web sites powered by WorldNow. From WABC.com in New York to KRON.com in San Francisco, LMN reaches more than 13 million unique visitors each month.

With the roll-out already underway, each of LMN's Technology Channels will feature Digital Trends' video content, including product sneak previews, reviews, buying guides and trade show coverage. These videos will help users research products such as computers, MP3 players, PDAs and digital cameras, with each video featuring important product information and expert analysis.

"With the coverage and quality that WorldNow and the LMN Network provide, we are dramatically increasing the availability of high-quality video reviews, news and guides that the consumers are looking for, thus making their online experience that much better," said Matt Aalto, Vice President of business development for Digital Trends.

"WorldNow is committed to providing our client sites with not only the highest quality technology, but the highest-quality content packages, as well," said Allison Bodenmann, Executive Vice President, Local Media Network/WorldNow. "Digital Trends' news, reviews, videos, and buying guides will be an excellent resource for consumers - and a compelling draw for each Web site."

Some of the stations included in the agreement are WABC.com in New York, KRON.com in San Francisco and KOIN.com in Portland, Oregon. Local Media Network is the largest network of local TV station Web sites in the US.
