move forward in securing industry related Trademarks with the USPTO.
Hop-on has been approved for "Size Does Matter" and "El Tamaño Si Importa."
In addition, Hop-on is filing new trademarks and patents to secure
Hop-on's future in Intellectual Properties as previously committed.
In its ongoing legal issues with the large Japanese conglomerate, Access
Systems America, Inc., commonly known as Palm Source, they have yet to
settle the ongoing trademark dispute, even though Hop-on, Inc. won the
right to use the "Graffiti and Graffiti Wireless" trademarks for mobile
phones at the USPTO.
