VAUGHAN, ONTARIO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/19/08 -- RoaDor Industries Ltd. ("RoaDor") (TSX VENTURE: RDR). David Williams, Chairman of the Board announces the appointment of Keith Hart as President & CEO to take effect on March 21, 2008.

Mr. Hart is a seasoned senior executive accustomed to managing a $45MM+ manufacturing and exporting business; including all aspects of operations, sales, finance, human resources and 160 employees. As the former President of Majestic Plastics of the Royal Plastics Group from inception, he is experienced in facilitating and managing growth from start up to multi-million dollar sales. Mr. Hart is a founder and designer of the RoaDor product line. He is also a major shareholder and a director of the Company.

The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Dan Pickford as a Director, President and CEO effective March 21, 2008 for personal reasons.

RoaDor has developed, patented and commercialized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) roll-up doors designed specifically for the commercial truck, van and trailer industry. Marketed and sold under the RoaDor name, they represent a major challenge to the traditional wood or aluminum doors. RoaDor roll-up doors are approximately half the weight and eliminate the major industry problems resulting from paint peeling and delamination as well as roller and hinge rusting. The commercial truck, van and trailer market represents a large opportunity. In the United States alone there are 6.5 million vehicles with roll-up doors currently on the road and in excess of 200,000 new vehicles produced into this market each year.
