devices, and so on. Its product lineup includes Ubiquitous TCP/IP,
Ubiquitous AV, Ubiquitous CAST, Ubiquitous AIR, Ubiquitous SAFE, and
Ubiquitous CONNECT. Ubiquitous TCP/IP is a very compact, lightweight,
and high-performance IPv4/v6 dual TCP/IP protocol stack. It has been
shipped over 60 million copies worldwide. Ubiquitous AV is a home
network digital entertainment solution, which is compliant with DLNA 1.5
guideline. It enables digital AV devices to seamlessly share videos,
music, and photos in a home network. Ubiquitous CAST is an IP
broadcasting solution which includes multicast/unicast ready networking
components and security components. Ubiquitous AIR is a wireless
networking suite, and includes WPA supplicant and WPS enrollee.
Ubiquitous SAFE includes network security components such as SSL/TLS,
DTCP-IP, Marlin, and WMDRM-ND. As these security components are designed
to be OS independent, they can be integrated with any third party
solutions. Ubiquitous CONNECT is a compact USB solution for embedded
systems that includes USB Host protocol stack, File system, and Mass
storage/MTP/HUB/HID/Audio class drivers. The advantage of Ubiquitous'
products is "compact, lightweight, and high-performance". All software
products are compliant with widely used open technology standards and
easy to adopt for semiconductor manufacturers and CE device
manufacturers. Ubiquitous corporation was founded in 2001 and is
headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
