NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Ultimate Warranty Corporation, a leading aftermarket third-party administrator (TPA), announced today at the NADA Convention in New Orleans in conjunction with NAT, Inc., the leading provider of F&I aftermarket product workflow profitability solutions, that they have adopted the NAT eGateway(TM) with the NAT eMenu(TM) selling solution to better serve their dealership customers.

NAT eGateway is a bi-directional, real-time, seamless digital link between the dealership point-of-sale, the dealership management system (DMS), and the aftermarket product providers' back office.

Auto retail customers of Ultimate Warranty Corporation will now realize the following benefits when presenting aftermarket product offerings to vehicle buyers:

* Reduce or eliminate the reason more than 20 percent of aftermarket contracts sold at dealerships are submitted to providers containing incomplete, inaccurate or mis-rated information. Preventing these errors will reduce chargebacks, and will improve and maintain customer service levels. * Be more confident that their product presentations will be in compliance with various states' disclosure laws and federal regulations. * Present and sell a wider range of product offerings, customized for the consumer at any point in the sales process.

"After extensive industry research, we decided that NAT's technology and menu selling solutions were better than other similar solutions in the marketplace. The real deciding factor was that NAT's eGateway will allow us to offer a great selling menu selling tool and simultaneously provide useful technology to enhance the sales process," said David Michael, CEO of Ultimate Warranty Corporation. "This system will improve the flow of information between us and our clients, and eliminate any effort behind choosing and pricing a service contract."

Peter Leger, CEO of NAT, Inc., said, "We are extremely pleased to be partnering with Ultimate Warranty Corporation, a leading third-party administrator. Our solutions will enable them to increase market penetration of its aftermarket products while reducing administration costs and driving up customer satisfaction. The resulting increase in sales and decrease in administrative work creates a powerful win-win scenario for our clients that is not to be found elsewhere in the marketplace today."

NAT's eMenu selling solution delivers: * A fast, accurate and effective F&I menu sales tool * Real-time plans and pricing, along with intelligent vehicle rating * The ability to incorporate and customize any product * Bi-directional integration with major DMS providers * Electronic contract reporting directly to participating insurance providers like Ultimate Warranty Corporation * A detailed activity log which can feed management reports via NAT's eData Services(TM) solution

NAT eMenu is one of five new applications powered by the NAT eGateway. NAT eMenu allows the F&I manager to rate a proposed aftermarket product contract and assemble an effective presentation in five seconds and ensure that the dealership presents a complete, accurate presentation that offers all of the dealership's aftermarket products all the time to every customer. NAT eMenu also processes contracts and finalizes booking of the deal to the dealership DMS automatically, creating a total sales process that enables regulatory compliance -- and raises retailers' back end gross margin.

Just as online financing portals dramatically altered how dealership F&I offices source and present finance options, the NAT eGateway is the first electronic link between automobile dealers and their aftermarket product providers. An ASP model requiring only a PC and high-speed Internet connectivity, NAT developed the eGateway under Leger, formerly the CEO of CMSI-Credit Connection(TM) before its merger with online financing portal DealerTrack(TM); and who, as president of ADP Dealer Services, pioneered development of ADP AutoConnect, one of the industry's first online car- shopping portals, which later evolved as AutoTrader.com Cox Enterprises(TM).
